  • Custom Payment Type Not in Box Office

    Hi,

    I have an active event where I am trying to process checks via the Box Office inside Salesforce. For some reason, the only payment type available is "Credit Card" (no Invoice, Custom Payment, etc). Where is this configured? I see the VT inside SF has the option of "custom payment type" but not "invoice".

    Event box office is configured in event default setting tab and is global. Have you checked that tab?

      I just did. "Custom payment type" is checked in settings but is not appearing in the box office. "invoice" does not appear as an option in settings.

        Good day @Radha,

        I just reviewed your instance & your setting does not show that this is active. Please see below:

        With the above setting the custom payment type will NOT show in the box office.
