Event custom question answers

Hi,

We have a series of custom questions in our active event. A number of test registrations were deleted. However, the associated custom question answers still appear when we report on those answers. Where is this data located so I can delete it?

This post was missed. The answer is a bit complex and one that we may have to do it for you.

Please grant us access and let us know which questions so we can have a developer query the database and delete it for you.

Note all the instances of questions for me and for Jack Dunn. Those were from test transactions that we deleted.

I also have another thread I posted 4 days ago that has not been answered.

We created a tab for you so you can review the questions and delete them. Considering there are so many registrants we really don't want to take the chance of deleting valid data.



You may delete any of the custom questions you want using that tab. The "Test View" is set up so you can see the relevant fields.

The tab may be deleted once you are done or you may wish to keep it for future.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I've looked through this new object view. Unfortunatley, the problematic data does not appear in it. When I review the report previously forwarded to you :

I continue to see custom question data for both Radha and Jack in the contact field. However, that data doesn't appear to be on either of the contact records.
