  • Number of tickets in the Registration Widget capped?

I noticed the number of tickets in the Registration Widget is capped at 12, for each price level... Is there a way to lift this cap?

    Good day!

I wish we could but the problem is Salesforce. Issuing more than 12 tickets in one purchase requires emailing a PDF with 12 tickets which Salesforce runs of our processing and issues a governor limit exceeded error.

Our tests showed that the limit is around 16 tickets and for safety we limited it to 12.

We are working on a feature where sending PDF tickets will be optional and if set to be sent then the limit will be 12 otherwise there will not be a limit.

Sorry but for now there is not much we can do.

I see. In that case, is there a way to hide the “Tickets Incl.” (or, any other) column altogether?

        Good day!

In release 3.x we are adding a feature for selection of which columns to be shown or hidden. The current release all columns are visible. The spring release due out in May will have a large number of visual enhancements.

Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.

I see. The reason why we would like to get rid of extra columns was that our Registration Widget is too large for phones/tablets (only a part is displayed). If there's any way to make the Widget small enough for phones/tablets (we could even get rid of Registration Timeout, if possible), we would love to use it!

          Thanks!

            Good day!

Have you tested the registration form alone without the registration page with widgets around it? we provide the link to the registration form alone which is responsive and works well with the phones.

In release 3.x those columns will be optional.
