Thanks for upgrading but I am still seeing the insufficient privileges error when I try to download reports from an event as an HTN Standard user.

Good day!
We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.
It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. To establish connection please see the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...rticles/803669
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Thanks,

Good day Allison
Please see the release notes for changes in the new release. Since you have active registration we recommend that we schedule the update early in the morning to minimize any chance of issues during the upgrade. Please note that once we upgrade you will need to establish connection with C&P so you need to be ready to re-establish connection as soon as we finish the update. If you wish for us to upgrade now just let us know, else we will update it very early Monday or over the weekend.

Yes, please upgrade us. Could you let me know if I need to look for any specific changes? I have a few ongoing registrations open right now.

Good day!
We reviewed and noticed that you are a version behind as per the latest release. We recommend you to upgrade to latest version of our apps as we have permission set included with the package. Once you upgrade to latest version you may can delete the old permission set which was created by us since those won't work in the latest release.
Let us now if you would like us to upgrade your instance with latest release.
Thanks,

Hello again, I had assigned the C&P Event Report Permission Set to all the users under the HTN Standard user profile. Those people are getting the insufficient privileges error again when they try and download attendee reports. I've given you all permission to access my account. Our company Salesforce ID is00DG0000000h7RM

For now we would like them to be able to download the reports, but could you also show me how to make someone an event admin as well for future reference?

Good day @Allison,
Please let us know exactly what permission you want for these users. Do you want them to only download the reports or be able to do all things event, aka event admin?

The user profile is "HTN Standard User" the specific person is Shanise Taylor but this needs to apply to all the users under the HTN Standard profile.
