We recently upgraded and now any staff who doesn't have administrator rights can't download the attendees lists for an event. They receive this error message:
I looked through the permission sets set up for "HTN User" which is custom and can't figure out which one is the right one. I've given access and our company Salesforce ID is 00DG0000000h7RM
