why is it asking fro so many first names? Please click the link and add a student ticket. It asks for first name 10 times. Where do I fix that?

The previous post is related to upgrading your version. The upgrade was made by one of our test engineers and did not include figuring out what the issue is. A developer needs to review your instance and figure out what is going on.

We have resolved the issue in your instance. It is strange that all those fields were just appearing. Had you done anything that you think might have caused this since we can't figure out what might have possibly resulted in this.
The fields were manually deleted and all should be in order.
