Pricing/Registration Tab - Change or Remove Columns

I am not charging an Additional Fee for my event, so the Fee column says $0.00 for each ticket level. Is it possible to remove this column, or make it not visible to the payee?
Similarly, the Tickets Included column seems unnecessary when the ticket incl. number is 1 for every level. Is it possible to remove the Tickets Incl. column or make it not visible, and set all the levels to a default of 1?
Lastly, must the last column be titled "Register"? Can it be changed to Buy or Purchase or Select instead, for example?

Those columns are fixed in this release. In release 3.x we will be making those hidden when their value is 0.
