When we are on the designer form for an event we are trying to require email address and we get an error "duplicate field mapping Field labels street city" If we do not require email then we do not get the error

The error says you are mapping the same field twice. Are you sure you are not mapping a field we already have again?

We reviewed your instance and made the following observations:- Your instance is not at the latest release. It is highly recommended that you upgrade at your earliest convenience. We can upgrade it for you - just let us know.
- Custom fields: You have a number of custom fields with the same file labels as what is in Salesforce. The following duplicates are found:
- Mailing Street
- Mailing City
- Mailing Country
The errors are descriptive as shown below:
The above duplicate name is generating the following error.
Please change the label for these custom fields to a label other than the Standard Salesforce and it will resolve the conflict.
