Additional Donation Unavailable

Hello:

I have added the Additional Donation option to our event registration form and identified the SKU and campaign, yet I am not seeing it on my form in Test mode. Any help on why this might be happening would be much appreciated.
Our org. ID is 00Di0000000iX2P.

May I ask that you upgrade to the latest version and then check. I noticed that you are release behind.
