Good day!
It seems like you have created a new Salesforce site and did not follow the post-installation. Our team had set up the post-installation for you as requested but you have created a new Site and did not follow the post-installation.
Please note that a Salesforce site has to be set up with right permissions to allow an anonymous user (web user) to interact with the fields. Please make sure to follow the post-install if you choose to create a new site.
We fixed the issue for you by logging into your account and resolving the post-installation.
The event app requires only ONE site for all events. The EventID will identify which event is to be served so only 1 site needs to ever be created regardless of how many events you set up. There is no need to set up additional sites if you choose to have many events. If you choose to create additional sites the post-installation needs to be followed for the new Salesforce site.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,

Good day Ali.Khan,
Sure here it is: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal...tallation.html
Please note that we have already done all the post installation for you and for all practical purposes you really don't have to ever do this again. You need one Salesforce site to work with event which is already done and set up. From now on use the same Site for all your events.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,

The issue created by this is that my old site does not work. PLEASE ASAP restore to the old one. Created the new site with understanding that each event required a new site.
The active event is not working on the old site. PLEASE PLEASE
https://icna.secure.force.com/Convention is the one we need working.
Check this page to for the error www.icnaconvention.org/registration
Regards
Ali

Good day!
The Solution is easy.. just change the Public Site URL to point to the new page you created.
A Public Site is the base URL of all registration forms. You can use multiple sites or one site for all your events. In the section titled Public Site URL simply choose the one you want to use. It should not take more than 10 seconds to click and change it to the site you now have.
Simply go the event's Basic Information and set the Public Site URL to the one site you want.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,

That is not an option. The organization can go with https://icna.secure.force.com/convention as the main site for all events
but cannot use this site for all events https://icna.secure.force.com/NEConvention

Good day!
I want to make sure we are on the same page and we will go ahead & change whatever you want. You can also do the same & follow the post installation.
What we recommend is that you set up one page such as: https://ICNA.Secure.Force.com/Events/
Use that page for all your events and each event will simply use a different event id to identify itself. Setting up multiple pages is not recommended but you can do it if you want to.
See the following 2 examples:- https://clickandpledgedemo.secure.force.com/Events2/CnP_PaaS_EVT__ExternalRegistrationPage?event_id=a0 ii0000005R0bvAAC
- https://clickandpledgedemo.secure.force.com/Events2/CnP_PaaS_EVT__ExternalRegistrationPage?event_id=a0 ii0000005SMBSAA4
The above are 2 totally different events but their page and site is the same.
We can have unlimited number of events using the same site. The event_id is what identifies each event.
To make life easy for yourself set one generic name and use it everywhere.
If you wish to change the page name, Events2 per above example let us know what page name you wish to give to your page. Once we have the name I will request someone from our test team to login to your account and change it for you.Regards,

Thank you for the information.
At this time we cannot move to the new site you mentioned "https://icna.secure.force.com/Events/",
The URL https://ICNA.Secure.Force.com/convention/....
is being used at a site. The URL for an active event is plugged into a website at www.icnaconvention.org/registation which cannot be change at this time.
Instead of /Events/ we can use /Convention/ for all our events.
Please put us back on the http://icna.secure.force.com/convention for all events.

Good day!
No problem.. We fixed your site and it is working now.
So that you know what to do in the future and for the post to help others I will outline below we have done.
Step 1: In the Sites this is what you have: Please note that in Salesforce the page name is case sensitive. When you created the first page you have called it "convention" so it has to be spelled and added with all lower case.
You stated you want to use "convention" so in the basic information of the event I changed the event URL from what you had:
to the following using "convention" as the page name.
If you decide to change the page name in the future simply go to the Sites and change the name but do NOT create a new site. To change the name:
Go to Setup > App Setup > Develop > Sites
Click on Edit next to the page you wish to edit
Please make sure to use the same name with the same case in the Public Site URL. The name you type is case sensitive so "Convention" <> "convention"
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,

Good day!
Sorry but we can't call in since that is handled by premiere support. Is it OK if we add a registrant as a test attendee to your event?
I see the event when I go to the page and when I click on the Add the pop-up comes and I can add. I just don't want to add anyone to your list without your permission.Regards,
