New installation, form is not working

I have set up a test event, and the "+add" form is not editable.

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "edit" the "+add" field.

I clicked on the link and the form looks and functions correctly. The Add button appears and is fully functional.

Are you trying to change the text "Add" to something else? If so the "Add" button text is not editable and cannot be changed.

Please elaborate a bit further if I have not yet answered your question.

Sorry but the first post I did not quite understand the question. We tried to register for an event and realized what you mean by "edit" the "+Add" button.


The registration form is not allowing any entries due to permission issue, namely an issue with post installation , 'Field-Level Security' for the Objects

Please follow the post-installation steps and make sure all permissions are set correctly. If you find that confusing or hard to do please grant us access and we will login and fix your installation.

I had done the post-install instructions, but I missed a few things.

Went back and redid it.

Now works!
