When we try to manually register someone using the 2.0 Box Office and Firefox, we can't view the entire pop-up box to enter an attendee. There is a side scroll bar, but it doesn't allow you to go all the way to the top to enter first name or all the way to the bottom to finish/continue to the payment screen. The photo shows a screen shot of what we see. This doesn't happen with Google Chrome where everything works fine. Our Treasurer only has Firefox on her computer, so we'd like to solve the problem if at all possible.

Good day!
Strange indeed. May I ask if you have updated to the latest release (2.2x)?
I just tested it and it works fine.. I will request additional testing and review. We will issue a release once we have a solution.Regards,

I upgraded, logged out of SF in Firefox completely, logged back in and still have the same problem. I verified that we do now have 2. 2002 installed. I can see the "first name" entry field if both the pop up and the page scroll bar are as far up as possible, but can't see the bottom of the pop up still.

Good day!
We have also verified this issue with Firefox 27.
Our developers are aware of this and are working to resolve this ASAP. We are working on a release with a fix for IE 9.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update this by Feb. 1 release.Regards,

Good day!
After spending much time with Salesforce we have come to the conclusion that we can't support IE 11 inside Salesforce. Salesforce does not support it and they simply tell us that at this time IE 11 cannot be used inside Salesforce.
The new release beta: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1469
It will block access to the Event when using IE 11. Sorry but we have done all that is possible. When we fix IE 11 issue the page breaks for IE 10 and IE 9. Microsoft and Apple should be banned from making browsers.. I think it should be considered as Crimes Against Internet (CAI).
Addressing IE 11 issue in Salesforce has taken us more than 1 month so far.. without any success.
The external registration form works with IE 11 for events designed in Event 2.x templates - just the admin will no longer be supported until Salesforce supports it.
Sorry..Regards,
