    Good day!

    You have 3 sites and for 2 of the sites the Guest User time zone was set to a wrong time zone. They are set to your time zone.

    Please check the site and let us know if this resolves the issue.

    This may have to do with the time zone for the site.

    If you want we can review your set up and figure out what is going on. Please grant us login access and we will review it for you.

    My events are showing the wrong times on the website, but the correct time on the event set up. my personal setting are set to the correct time zone. ((GMT-04:00) Eastern Daylight Time (America/New_York))

    the events are exactly 4 hours ahead of where they are supposed to be (an 8:45am event is showing up as 12:45)

    Good Day!

    You had missed the post-installation step for Time Zone. You need to set the same 'Time Zone' and 'Locale' in Salesforce for 'Personal Information' section and Salesforce 'Site User' section.

    Considering we still had access to your account we logged in & fixed it for you.

    you can see that the start date is January 17th at 4pm, however, in the event management tab I have correctly set the start time to 8am, but now matter how many times I save a refresh I still get 4pm. What am I missing?
