    Good day!

    We finally figured out why you had issues. After review of your event we realized that your campaign has "&" sign symbol which Salesforce XML processor has difficulty with. It was causing errors prior to posting the XML to Salesforce. The following summarizes what we did with your account:
    1. Changed the Campaign name and replaced "&" with "and" (Please do not change it since it will cause problems with matching).
    2. Updated the Integration services to catch the "&" symbol and replace it with "and".
    3. Ran all your error'd transactions and confirmed that they are posted to Salesforce.

    Do not change the campaign name since the post-back campaign name will be different than the actual campaign name and as a result the campaign name matching will not work. We are also working on a work around to allow for "&" sign to be used in the Campaign name.

    Please review your event and let us know if you have any additional problems.

      Thank you so much for this information. We have been receiving purchases now and temporary contacts. At this point we currently have faced an issued with transactions posting to the account. It looks like since 10am all of the purchases are in the status "pending"

      Can you assist with this? It seems this is an issues with C&P account not SF.

        Would you please give me the Order # of a transaction that you see as Pending. I need to review the C&P Data and your settings.

          We have 27 "pending" transactions. But we don't want them all to be authorized because individuals have created duplicate purchases because the system was not working. Below is a screenshot.

ID:	15347 Here is the attached pending list of transactions. The system is on hold right now. But many of these transactions are duplicate transactions so I don't want them all to go through. Any assistance would be appreciated.

                Good day!

                This was definitely a case that took a long time to figure out. We are going to make provisions to make detection of these issues easier in the future. Here is the result of our finding:

                After review of all transactions in the system we realized that there is nothing wrong with your account or installation. Reviewing all the log file entries we realized that you have changed the Thank You message recently resulting the total count to exceed 500 character limit and because of a validation issue the system did not block you from adding more than 500 characters. The following is the original message and the one that was changed resulting in 570 characters.

                We removed the new line you added, namely: Tickets will be provided at the dance. Please bring your ID and a paper or digital copy of your purchase.

                We have also tested your event in our sandbox and also created a dummy duplicate of your event to make sure all issues are resolved.

                Original Message (465 characters with space]


                Thank you for your purchase!

                The 8th Annual Father & Daughter Dance will take place on Thursday, February 13th from 5pm to 9pm in the California Ball Room at the Town and Country Mission Valley. Event check in begins at 4:30. Ballroom doors will open at 5:00, with dinner and program beginning promptly at 5:30pm.

                    Wow! Thank you so much. I didn't realize how sensitive the system is. From this point on I am not making any more changes . One last question. All of the transactions in pending status do we need those individuals do submit again? Or can I manually push through their purchase?

                      Good day!

                      No- you cannot process those since the message was more than 500 characters the API platform had refused the information and never processed it. If it had processed you would have received the C&P Data and would have seen a different stage.

                      All those that are in pending need to register again.

                      Sorry for the problem but a simple validation not blocking you had resulted in this and this is why all tests were working since we did not have that many characters. We were also surprised that our original test had worked but then it was failing. After comparing a large number of items we realized the issue.
