I am having the same issue with getting the event is temporarily down or coming soon error message when I click view.
I have check post installation settings and time zone settings. Also granted login access.

May I have your Salesforce Organization ID?

We are interested in finding out why you are seeing this since we have seen another report of this issue. If the time zones are correct and matching the event has to show up at the specified date/time in the Published Date field.

Once we have your OrgID we will review your instance.

OK now when I click view page it will open, but if I enter the public url the page is blank.
