Has the manual been updated for release 2.0? If it has, I haven't been able to find it and have several questions.

- Does the Messages section have to be redone for each new event or is there a way to clone it once you've got it the way you want it? Or, if I change it for the event I'm working on now does it stay changed for subsequent events?
- I've been working on a new event called Taste of Silk Painting. My publish date is today and the event is January 15th and I have created 2 registration levels, but I get a "Please Create a Registration Level First/Date Timeout!" error message when I try to view my page.
