    It is best if you open and save all your previous autoresponders to ensure the new features are enabled.

    Also what are you using as your SMTP? If you were using your own SMTP you need to set it up again and verify since the SMTP has changed to make it compatible with Office 365 and other more strict SMTP servers.

    Please test it and let us know.

    Events 2.0 not firing autorespomder receipts

    Any idea why my event (that was in the old version) won't send the autoresponder receipts any more using the new 2.0 version? I have turned off the send Receipt option in the event so that the default receipt doesn't fire but I want the custom autoresponder to fire.

    Please advise. Thanks!
