Post Installation - ExternalRegistrationPage Not in Lookup Table

On the post installation steps for Events Management there is a step:

"At �Active Site Home Page� user must select ' ExternalRegistrationPage' from lookup value."

I do not have that value in my lookup table ?

Please advise.
