Hi;
Currently that is not in the design due to the complexity of negative discounts and validations.
We can add a feature in the next release (not 2.0 since that is under release testing) that offers an option for multiple discount codes. This has never been requested and in our design discussions with our clients none used multiple discount codes so it was never considered. As I said before it gets quite tricky if you allow multiple discount codes for each level- validation is quite messy!
I will put that as a feature request.

We are using multiple coupon codes in our current system and need to replicate that with Click & Pledge. I need multiple discounts per registration level. Is this possible by extending the application with developer support/coding?
Thank you.

The discount works exactly as it is designed to work. It only applies one discount per level since multiple discounts per level will have the potential to reduce the price to zero or negative.
Discounts may be applied to multiple levels since each level has its own discount plan but 2 discounts may not be applied to the same level. Do you want to apply more than one discount to the same plan?

While I certainly appreciate the support thus far, your response evidences, quite shockingly, a clear apathy for customer courtesy. Perhaps your team could implement a case system in order to keep topics from commingling? Maybe you could provide access to account reps to direct questions to? Or perhaps your team could provide training to your customers when they sign up on the proper protocol for getting support? Meticulousness would go a long way for this support team, as it should have been clear and obvious that I had resolved the first issue that I brought up about validation rules - regardless of it being a two-topic thread.
Nevertheless, is there no way to work around this limitation - perhaps extending the application with custom coding, dev work, or other method? It was made to be obvious that this (multiple discount plans/coupon codes working together) was a core piece of functionality during our demo and I'm shocked to see that it is in fact not the case. Please advise.

I guess this further justifies asking that separate threads be started for separate issues. We were answering your initial question and trying to figure out why you were getting the validation issue.
In reference to the discount code please note the following key points:- Only one discount code may be applied to an event
- In the presence of multiple competing discounts the one with the highest discount will be used
Considering the above your scenario falls right in how it all should work.- You have 2 discount plans, one with Coupon Code and one with date
- Both discount amounts are the same
The program is doing exactly what it should do. It is applying the first $100 discount and as a result ignoring the second discount which is the coupon code.
I hope the above makes sense. Please let me know if we can provide any additional information.

Here is the screen capture. The box is cut off but I did enter the complete code correctly that we have setup on the back end. Let me know if you need anything else.

Since we are at a loss and can't duplicate it - would you please do a screen capture of the screen with the error message so we can see the exact entries.
Sorry it is taking a long time to resolve this but we are trying and can't duplicate the issue or find what is causing this.

Hello,
As you can see from the promo codes that are setup in our org, there are no special characters being used. There are no symbols - simply numbers and letters.

We have tested this instance and are testing it more. The error you are referring to occurs based on invalid symbols being used in the answer field.
Are you using any symbols other than texts? The error is Salesforce returning error based on its validation rules and we can't duplicate it.

This is the strangest behavior I have seen with Salesforce grant access login. We don't have this problem with any other account but with your account when we try to view your account Salesforce times out and does not show the page. See the image below. We had the same issue yesterday and simply can't login.

We have submitted a support ticket to Salesforce so they can check the issue .. at this time we can't login.
