    Hello,

    I just created an Event page, and everything seems to be working fine in test mode, except there were no Temporary Contacts created (for either Registrants or Attendees), and therefore no Campaign Members were created, and I cannot connect anyone to the Campaign. Is there something I could have missed with setup?

    One other thought is that this page is in test mode - would it possibly work once the page is active? Is there a way to test an Active event page?

    Hi Celia;

    Please click on C&P Data and let us know if you see any Data posted? The following are the typical reasons for why a Contact is not created:
    1. Click & Pledge's connection to Salesforce has failed and data cannot post to Salesforce. Please go to Portal > Account Info > 3rd Party > Salesforce & verify the connection.
    2. C&P Data shows an error in processing the data. Please verify that the C&P Data has posted and that there are no errors in the Error section towards the bottom of the page.
    3. The Contacts are in the Attendee Temporary Contact and you are checking the payment Temporary Contact. Attendees are listed in the Attendee Temporary Contact and you should check them using the link provided in the attendee related list in the Event.

    Please review the above 2 cases and let us know if any of the above applies.

      Thanks - I was able to get help with this during the office hours today. I appreciate your quick response.

      One other question... how do I specify the Opportunity RT for transactions coming through my event page? I am using Products.

        Good day @Celia:

        Have you checked the C&P Settings > Opportunity?

        If you are using products then set the Opportunity Products > Products (CHECKED)

        Scroll to the bottom of the page and set the Opportunity Record Type based on SKU.

          Thank you - yes, I have checked these settings. The box is checked for Products, and at the bottom of the page I am only able to select WID for Opp Record Type. The SKU is listed for Product Record Type. This is an event page, so I do not have a WID.
