We have a custom payment type - Pay at the Door. Is there a way to get a report of registered attendees that tells me who still needs to pay when they arrive at the event?

Also, in the event reporting section:
    1. Is it possible to edit the reports? If so, how?
    2. The pie charts for Revenue and Attendee show correctly when you scroll over them, but there is no color - both charts are all white?
    3. The Attendee Information report column for Contact and Email are blank, but those fields are filled in for the Registrant Information report?

    Thanks for your help,

    Good day @SEFAA:

You may download the reports and take information from the Excel. You may also download the reports of all your payments using the Click & Pledge portal report with detailed information and simply filter on "Pay at the door" in Excel.

    1. Is it possible to edit the reports? If so, how?
REPLY: The reports cannot be edited. The reports may be download as Excel and then edited in Excel
    2. The pie charts for Revenue and Attendee show correctly when you scroll over them, but there is no color - both charts are all white?
REPLY: When a level is setup the Report Color is customizable and you may set any color you want for the reports of the level. You must have set all reports to color white.
    3. The Attendee Information report column for Contact and Email are blank, but those fields are filled in for the Registrant Information report?
REPLY: This means the attendee is not yet added as contact and is in the Temporary Contact. Please go to your Registration Temporary Contacts and add them. This only happens if your setting is set to Semi-automatic (Recommended).

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
