We have a custom payment type - Pay at the Door. Is there a way to get a report of registered attendees that tells me who still needs to pay when they arrive at the event?

Also, in the event reporting section:
- Is it possible to edit the reports? If so, how?
- The pie charts for Revenue and Attendee show correctly when you scroll over them, but there is no color - both charts are all white?
- The Attendee Information report column for Contact and Email are blank, but those fields are filled in for the Registrant Information report?
