Is it possible to customize product names?

When I checked the box "Use Products for each item in an opportunity" in the Opportunity settings, the products that are created seem to have names of the format "Registration level - name of first attendee that registered for that level". This naming convention to include the first attendee name seems a little odd, so I wanted to know if there is any way to customize the product names.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot modify the product name being created. I will pass this along to my programmers to be added as a possible enhancement in the future.
