    A Registrant recently completed a successful transaction for 15 Attendees (see attached image - all 15 were registered under Level "CWC Group Registration"). However, C&P Events created Temporary Contact records for only a few of these Attendees. I have already processed these few Temporary Contact records, as shown.

    Why is this happening?

    Good day!

    Before I answer please make sure you don't upload images or personal information to the forum. This is a public forum and adding images that include full names of people is not a good idea.

    Event follows the same rules as Temporary Contact when you are set to Semi-automatic. Please click on "Manage Temporary Contacts" and you will see all the Attendees that are in pending status. The Temporary Event Contact is different from the regular Temporary Contact. Registrants (Payee) is shown in the Temporary Contact tab since that is the person that makes the payment. Attendees have their own section which you may get to through the Manage Temporary Contacts.

    Hope that helps. Let me know if you find your pending attendees.

      Hi, thank you for editing the image with blurring.

      Yes, we are aware of the "Manage Temporary Contacts" button. That is what I used. But only some of the Attendees had Temporary Event Contact records created; others still do not. Why might this be happening?

        Please grant us access to login to your account so we can review your issue.

        All attendees should be in the Temporary Attendee section if the C&P Settings is set to Semi-Automatic.

            Good day @pch-media,

            We have looked through your system and have tried to duplicate this but can't. No matter what we do we can't duplicate the issue you are experiencing.

            We have tried to create a sandbox but could not since we don't have permission to Sandbox. Is it possible to create a Sandbox for us to test your instance? We don't want to test with your live instance.
