  • Getting "Authorization Required" message AFTER payment is processed

    Everyone ordering tickets receives the Authorization Required message leading them to think the transaction didn't go through. We are getting double purchases as a result. What did we do wrong and how do we fix it? This is the first time this has happened. Thanks!

    Good day!

    Authorization required is NOT a payment issue but a Salesforce Permission issue.

    I am sure that you have not set up a page permission in the post installation correctly. A field you are using is not set correctly and the anonymous user (web user) does not permission to view it.



    Please review the above post-installation and follow it carefully. If you can't figure out what is wrong please grant us login access and we will login and review your setting. I am 200% sure that you have not granted the right permission to a page or a field which is described in the post installation.
