Event preview page - "Under Construction"

Hello and thank you in advance for your help!

I have been creating my first event using CnP's Event Management app. I carefully followed the pre- and post-installation instructions provided in the manual. I created an event page, including one registration level. After selecting some options for the layout I clicked on "preview" and I receive the following status message: "https://mydomain.secure.force.com/events/ is under construction". At the suggestion of the moderator after watching the CnP event mgmt webinar, I went back through the post-installation instructions. After fixing some errors, I am still receiving the same status message. Please let me know - what can I be doing differently?

The error you are seeing is 99.9999% related to post-installation & permissions.

If you wish for us to review your installation please give us access to your account by following the steps listed in the following KB article: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1037

Once we have the login info we will go ahead and review your installation. Please post back the UserID you have set up for us so we can proceed. Also make sure the email address set is correct per instructions.

Thanks for the speedy response. I would appreciate your team taking a look at my post-installation setup and permissions. I set up an account per your instructions, following the KB article. My domain is nonprofitsteward.org; the user ID is [email protected]. This is the first time I've set up a user account in Salesforce, so please let me know if I did not set the permissions correctly.

We reviewed your account and found that the URL stated for the event is not correct.

You had the URL listed as: https://nonprofitsteward.secure.force.com/losvegasnobt

The correct URL based on your site setup is: https://nonprofitsteward.secure.force.com/events

We adjusted all pages and it should be working now.
