    How to change account from Production Mode to Test Mode?. Fraud alert may have blocked our IP address. Can you please help to verify?

    Good day @CFischer,

    I am not sure what you mean by "Change account mode". Accounts don't have mode - checkout pages have modes.

    Wizard forms in the portal have a mode that may be set to Active or Test or Inactive. In FaaS forms there is the OrderMode that may be set to Production or Test.

    If your IP's are blocked please let me know the IP's and we will research them.

    Once I have more information about what you mean I will be able to give you more detailed answer.

      Thanks. I changed the checkout form Page Status from Active to test at form level and it works fine.
