Good day @CFischer,
I am not sure what you mean by "Change account mode". Accounts don't have mode - checkout pages have modes.
Wizard forms in the portal have a mode that may be set to Active or Test or Inactive. In FaaS forms there is the OrderMode that may be set to Production or Test.
If your IP's are blocked please let me know the IP's and we will research them.
