  • Event Contact Field Text Boxes do not appear on for user on Attendee Page

    Could you please give me some suggestions as to why the Event Contact Field user text box does not appear on my website. The field name appears, but not the text box to allow entry. (for example: First Name* [text box does not appear] ) I have double-checked that the fields are visible and required. My Custom Field questions and user entry fields ALL appear and work as normal. I have examined my settings for the site in : Setup: Develop: Site: the site label: Public Access Settings: Standard Object Permissions are set to read and create for Accounts, Contracts, and Read for Documents and Ideas. Also I have followed the Post Installation guide for Field Level Security for Standard and Custom.

      We found the problem. We had ticked the ContRact field instead of the Contact field in the Contact Field permissions. Thanks for your response.

        Good day!

        Great to hear that you found the issue.

        We highly recommend that you delete the user you created for us for security reasons. If needed you can always create it again.
