  • Tax Deductible Amount Not Pushing Through On Event Transactions

    For some reason the tax deductible amount is not working on the transactions for the event that I'm hosting. Could you help get the tax deductible amount to go through for our event registrants?

    Also, is it possible to change the tax deductible amount on a transaction after it has been processed so that it will have all of the necessary data when we do tax receipts next January?

      Wanted to check and see if this had been resolved. We are having a similar issue in that we would like for the tax deductible portion to be visible on the check out page, as well as on the receipt.

        yes this issue was resolved in the last update. Have you upgraded your version to the latest release?
