    event page is located at www.pfccvisionquest.org/register

    After updating all three C&P components in SF yesterday afternoon and some changes made by your support department in our SF instance this morning, our discount codes for this event have stopped working. When we hit the apply code button we get the error message in the attachment.

    Are there new permissions that need to be corrected? This was all functioning normally until the changes I mentioned above.

    This is rather time sensitive as registration is active at the moment and event is coming up soon.

    Good day!

    This is a known issue which was reported earlier in the forum. The feature was changed in this release as it behaves in conjunction with the group discount.

    Please add minimum and maximum number (group discount) to the discount plan and it will work. If you are not using the group discount then simply add 1 for minimum and some large number for maximum.

    A release is being tested for release next week which will revert this functionality to the prior behavior as requested by others.

      Hello,

      We are having the same problem. I went in and added a minimum and maximum number, but we are still getting the "authorization required" page. Is there anything else that could be causing this issue?

        Good day!

        Authorization required simply means that one of the fields that is in the form has not been given proper permissions.

        PLEASE follow the post-installation and it will fix your issue. The error is always because a step in the post-installation has been missed. Important to note that the manual is currently based on the latest 1.1000 release which was updated today.

            It has not. I've gone through the post installation instructions several times now, but I'm still getting the same error when trying to apply a discount code.

              Please set up a user and we will review the post-installation and let you know which step has been missed. The case you are describing is 100% due to post-installation issues.

                  Good day!

                  You are currently using release 1.99. Do you mind if we upgrade you to 1.1001 (latest release)?

                  Your payment module is also 6.99 which is a couple of releases behind.

                  It is best if we set you up with the latest release so all permissions are set up accordingly.
