  • Event Page Layout choices missing (pages 2, 5, and 6)

I am in the process of setting up our event pages; however, I am only able to select Page1_Opening_Page, Page3_Attendee_Info, and Page4_Payment_Page. The other pages are not in the dropdown menu within the Event Layout tab when editing a page.

I have followed the post-installation instructions from the manual.

I have double-checked that both my event listing site and my event site have the correct public access settings and that the pages I am missing (and the others required) have been added to the VisualForce Page Access as well.

Everything that I've done seems to be working as best I can tell: the landing page opens perfectly, and the next page is page 3, attendee information. This page allows you to enter attendee information, but registrant information is locked, as it should have been entered on the missing page 2. Since there is no page 2, the registration can't continue to page 4, as the registrant's information is missing. Previewing the payment page looks like it would load the payment option if something had been selected to pay for.

If the solution is simple, please advise, otherwise, I would welcome a call back. Thanks.

    Good day!

In the latest release we have removed a number of pages. The last page is the approval page which naturally is not listed.

You should only see the following page:
    • Page 1: Optional and may be skipped- this is the introduction page
    • Next page: Registration page
    • Final page: Payment page

We have removed a number of non-essential pages form the listing and for backward compatibility kept them to ensure previous versions work.

Please set up a user for us so we can review your account - see instructions below:

Please let us know if we can answer any other questions you may have.

I did not realize the other pages had been deleted. Then to rephrase my issue:

On the Registration page, the pop-up appears asking for the registrant's information; however, there are no text boxes to enter FirstName, LastName, and Email (the field titles are there, with the required asterisk, but no blanks to fill in). Other attendee information seems to work, but I've tinkered with several different ways of collecting the other attendee's information, and it may be no longer working due to my changes.

I have set up the the user account for your review, let me know if it did not set up correctly. Both Click and Pledge and Salesforce are new to our organization within the last few weeks, so we are still learning about both.

I've removed the extra attendee's information custom questions, but on the Attendee Info page, when clicking to add the only available level of registration, it prompts the user to enter their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone (as I would like, with each required). However, there are no text boxes for the user to enter this information. Without the required information entered, the user is unable to continue with the process. Please advise.

            Good day!

Our support has tried contacting you several times. I just did a follow up with your case and it seems like you are hard to reach.

One of our support engineers needs to talk you through it so you see the feature. You have not set things right and are getting a bit confused. A short telephone call will resolve the confusion.

Please create a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com and request a call back with a time that works for you. Please note that we are in VA and EST - office hours 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
