We have an active event registration happening now... the event is called "DTQ-SFemp-2013" One of our registrants registered 5 attendees and paid for all 5. I can see their "Attendee Names" in the C&P Event window inside Salesforce, however the "Contact Names" are all blank (I'd like to attach a screenshot but per my other forum thread I am unable to do so).
Similarly when I download the Attendee Report, all of the rows for these 5 attendees contain blank contact first name, last name, and email (I'd like to attach my excel file but per my other forum thread I am unable to do so).
This is a serious problem. How can we fix this? As it currently stands, I am unable to retrieve the email addresses for any of these 5 people. I need this fixed as soon as possible.
