    I am having an issue with a free event. there is 1 registration level. the price is set to $0. But, when going through the registration process, the payment options are still showing up. See attached images for clarification. Am I missing something as to why the event is till showing Payee information and Credit Card fields?Click image for larger version

      1.75. I just noticed there is an update to 1.9. That might be the problem maybe?

        Yes.. & you may want to wait till tomorrow since we are releasing 1.93 with a change to skip page 1 (as requested by a few clients).

          Ah, ok, that sounds very good. i will wait until tomorrow to do it then. And will let you know if it resolves the issue with the pricing being set to $0 and still displaying payment options.

            Thanks very much. This will be great, as I am working on the exact same thing right now. Will I have to go back through all the post installation and re-enter my existing events if I do the upgrade tomorrow?

              No- it is a simple upgrade and does not require re-entry of the existing events.

                Good morning. You had mentioned that the 1.93 update would be up in the app exchange yesterday, but hasn't landed yet. Do you have an ETA on when that might happen? Have a time sensitive project that I need that opening page hiding feature, as well as the free event pricing issue fixed. Thanks!

                  Good day!

                  Sorry for the delay- we ran into a bug yesterday which was fixed and now the test team is busy testing it with 7.1 release. So far it appears to be stable and they are finalizing the testing. I believe they are set to release later this afternoon for appExchange or tomorrow.

                  The current version does not allow for hiding the first page. The next release will.

                      I went ahead and updated to 1.9 to see if it took care of removing payment options for free events, which it did. But it is still showing payment totals. Can these be removed? See attached images.Click image for larger version

                        No- that is the basket total and for now it is not set to be removed.

                          Hello,
                          We updated 1.9 and that has removed the payment options, thanks for that upgrade. However after clicking the button on the final page it just returns the contact you bank message and does not move to the thanks for your registration page that our pay version returns. There did not seem to be any post installation work to be done in any of the documentation. This is resulting in many calls to our office to confirm their registration. Is there something I can do?

                            Free Events Final Confirmation

                            Hello,

                            We have established a free event. We are also using several paid event at time and they are working just fine. Our parents are not getting any kind of final page thanking them for their registration like they do on the paid side. I have upgraded to 1.98 and tried eliminating all the payment methods but to no avail it still returns Sorry, your transaction did not go through. Please check the information and try again, or contact your bank.

                            What am I missing?

                              I just also tried Invoice as a payment method and that doe snot work witer to get past the "contact your bank" error message.
