      Good day!

Give us a little time to review the installation and find out what is going on.

      I will keep you posted.

          Good day!

We have resolved the issue for your PrestaShop.

To resolve this we simply enabled SSL Certificate in the PrestaShop administrative panel.

If your site has a full SSL Certificate, then you can also enable this via your PS admin under "Preferences page -> Enable SSL: Yes".

Please note that PrestaShop won't work with our Shared SSL as the SEO URLs rewrite rules don't work with the server paths. For PS shops, you either need to have a Dedicated IP & your own Full SSL Certificate or you need to disable SSL.

PrestaShop has to run in SSL mode since it processes credit cards. Your SSL certificate has to be valid and you need to work with your provider to add SSL if not one available with your domain name. We have no control over the SSL certificate used by your host.

Thanks. I'm not sure why you had to activate the SSL as I did that upon first setup, but thank you for resolving this!
