    Hello,

    thank you for this update... I saw the new test receipt come through. Can you please advise me exactly as to WHERE I change the settings in Prestashop to set the Org Info, Thank you Message, and Terms & Conditions?

    I actually prefer to remove the Terms & Conditions if possible. Is that possible? If so, where can I change it.

    The following is an update to what we have done and will do in the next upcoming update.

    We modified the settings in PrestaShop to include the following 3 fields:
    • Organization Information
    • Thank You Message
    • Terms & Conditions

    You may modify these and they will be reflected in the receipt. Organization information was coming from the admin before but with this release you can change it as you wish for the PrestaShop without affecting your other payment forms.

    In PrestaShop there is no concept as Campaign or SKU. There are fields for UPC code but that field is not suitable for SKU so we have decided to use the "Features" option for SKU and Campaign since we can't modify the core code for PrestaShop. In the update we will release next week we will have the following additional feature:

    In the Features for the Catalog you can add the following 2 features:
    • SKU
    • Campaign


    The SKU and Campaign will be passed on to Salesforce for each item. Naturally in Salesforce you can take actions based on each of these 2 fields. Campaign in this case (Features) will be for the product / item so the item will become a campaign member.

    Additionally you can add a campaign for the Catalog in the Settings for Click & Pledge API module for each currency. The campaign will be a field called "Catalog Campaign" and that will be passed on for the Transaction so the entire transaction will be assigned that campaign while each item will be associated with the item campaign per Features setting.

    The receipt has already been updated for your account. This is not yet released for the public and is only installed in your instance. Next week we will release the entire package with these features to the forum.

    Answers to your questions:

    1. company info (address & phone) after our name at top - this is a MUST. and this is standard on our regular C&P receipts.

    Reply: This message should come as the default organization information. Shopping carts don't use WID as the reference for the transaction so the org info cannot be passed. I will research to find out why the default value is not posting which is the complete organization information.

    2. remove "comments & other info" and fields below - if possible.

    Reply: This cannot be removed from the primary receipt. it is part of the global system and it includes all comments & questions posted by the patron. As stated you can disable the receipt and use the Salesforce autoresponder and customize that any way you want.

    3. pass hidden campaign field to Salesforce.

    Reply: We are looking into this and will try to include it in PrestaShop. We are limited to what PS offers and allows us to do.

    Here is a summary of the changes I'd like to see on this receipt (it seems you are still working on this as I just saw a test come through) - see attached image.

    The receipt posts all the custom questions. The standard receipt cannot be customized since it shows all the custom fields.

    PrestaShop collects a lot more information than we need for processing so all those questions are posted as custom questions. If not through custom questions there will not be any way to pass that info to Salesforce for those clients using Salesforce.

    In Salesforce receipts may be customized and sent through the Autoresponder & Designer. The Portal may be set not to send the standard receipt. The standard receipt includes all information entered and cannot be customized.

    If the information posted is not accurate then we will look into the info being entered and passed on and let you know.

    The second question - I also answered stating that I need to get back to you and find out where that information is coming from. The organization information is coming from the Portal but I want to find out more info before answering as stated in my previous post.

    Answer is not sufficient

    I'm having a hard time believing that the receipt cannot be customized.

    I would like someone else to look into this please. The birthday being displayed isn't even accurate and was not a data point entered during checkout.

    You didn't address the second part of my question about the company header information not displaying.

    Please address this.

    This information is based on the additional fields that are collected as part of the shopping carts and not included or needed for payment processing. The additional fields are passed along as custom fields.

    The custom fields cannot be removed from the receipt since they are what has been entered by the person making the payment.

    The receipt cannot be modified.

    another edit needed to receipt

    Still waiting here.... Also need to figure out how to fix header information on receipt. See attachment. Under our company name (Bay-Friendly Landscaping & Gardening Coalition" it doesn't display our company address and info. Rather it just says Click And Pledge.

    I'd like to fix this as well.

    How to modify receipt generated by Prestashop Integration

    We just set up C&P Payment integration with Prestashop and it appears to be working correctly and passing information through to Salesforce.

    The receipt generated during the process contains a section below "Billing Info" called "Comments and Other Info." I've attached a JPEG of what this section looks like, basically a bunch of gobbledy gook that we don't want the end user to see.

    How do I turn OFF "Comments and Other Info" section from displaying on invoices?
