How to pass campaign with Payment Integration with Prestashop

We just set up the third-party integration of C&P payment gateway with the Prestashop online store.

It's working and passing information through to Salesforce correctly, however it is not passing a Campaign field and I would like it to do so.

Can I pass this as a hidden default? If so, where do I set this up?
