    Hi C+P

    I've got a question about the "send receipt" checkbox on the virtual terminal page in Salesforce. Where do I customize this receipt? Is that possible? Also, I noticed in the manual that it should by default send a receipt to both the patron and to us, but we're not getting them in our email and I'm concerned our patrons aren't either. Can you explain what I need to do to set this up properly?

    Reply: The receipt, by default, is based on the organization setting in the administrative portal. In version 5.x you may easily create any receipt you want & customize it anyway you want. Review the Designer & Autoresponder features.

    Reply: The reason you were not getting receipts was because you had entered 2 email addresses in the "Receipt Email Notification" but had not separated them with semicolon. I checked your account and fixed it for you. The instruction above the field states:
    Add the email address of each person who should receive notification whenever a patron completes a transaction for this item. Remember to separate email addresses with a semicolon(up to 1000 characters).

    You should receive receipts moving forward.

    To get a copy of the previous receipts follow the steps listed below:

    - Login to the administrative portal
    - Click on Account Info
    - Click on Receipts
    - Click on Send Receipt
    - Locate the transaction
    - Add the email address you wish to send a copy of the receipt to
    - Click Submit
