It is possible to use the new Custom Questions feature with eVT? If so what are the parameter values?

eVT does not have custom questions. If you are a developer you may easily create any form and use it for your processing. The behavior will be the same and info will post to Salesforce.
The forms are easy to make using the FaaS platform. You may want to review the following site:
