I just viewed the live webinar (now recorded) with Cloud 4 Good and Click & Pledge about the newly released version of C&P. In the webinar there was a view that showed a lot of receipt templates. However, I had a hard time finding them in my C&P integration because I was choosing the Receipt category instead of the General catagory. That made all the difference. Under the General category I see 2 layout templates for Acknowledgement and many for Delicious1. Please write an article about this so others will not be confused.
My question is, when using a Delicious template, can I remove the "Delicious Mail" logo from the top or do I need to keep it there? I'm assuming I can remove it.
Also, is there a way for the customer to print the e-mail as a receipt (without all their extra e-mail provider information)? Or to click on a link to an online receipt? Or when they donate or make a payment online from a C&P form, can they then print a receipt from there?
