    Please make Contact matching (first name, last name, email) case insensitive.
    I had a Contact register in C&P:
    FirstName: john
    LastName: smith
    Email: [email protected]

    I have a contact in Salesforce:
    FirstName: John
    LastName: Smith
    Email: [email protected]

    The C&P PaaS integration created a duplicate contact - even though the name email were spelled the same, just lower case.
    So, please make Contact matching (first name, last name, email) case insensitive.

    Good day!

    We have tested this many times after your post and can't duplicate what you are referring to. We match first name, last email, and email as lower case after converting it all to lower case so it is not case sensitive.

    Since you are the first report of this I would like to ask that you contact [email protected] and request a screen sharing review of your setup. Also please let us know what version of PaaS are you currently using and have installed.
