Error when trying to process a credits

We are getting an error null---(3501) when we try and process credits through the C&P Event Management in Salesforce.

Sandra Perez: transaction number 23663-2305162103576921976

It might be due to the large amount. Would you please post the above in the support ticket? Our accounts team needs to work with Propay in order to resolve the issue and this way they can keep track of the issue.
