Recurring Transactions canceled but still showing in active report

Hi,
I have two recurring transactions that show canceled when I click the individual records, but they still show in the "C&P Recurrings / Recurring Transactions - Active" Chart and not in the "Canceled Recurrings" Chart. I've tried re-posting the canceled transactions to Salesforce from Connect and they still show up.

These are the two recurring IDs:

• 649268
• 681512

Please advise how to fix this... also if I need an upgrade, please do so

We have added the filter "if canceled = false" and it is not showing the Canceled recurring.
