Recently, we had a donor complete a transaction without including their email address. Email address is not an optional question on our forms and it is my understanding that only custom questions can be made optional. Do you know how a person could have completed a transaction without being required to enter an email address?

Do you have the order number of the transaction? Would you please share the C&P Account#? You can see the first name, last name, and email address in the list of transactions in CONNECT.
Login to CONNECT > Luncher > Transactions & Reports > Transactions > here you can see the transactions list.Regards,

The transaction you are referring to has been processed through PaaS VT in Salesforce where the email is an optional field.Regards,
