Bulk re-posting?

I'm working with a group that just discovered they haven't received any C&P transactions since January 18. Is there a way to trigger a repost of any gifts that have come in since then, or do they have to re-post one-by-one?

Yes, we can mass-post them. Please makes sure to have your connection confirmed in CONNECT so the account is connected. Once connected let us know. We will start the push.

Given this mass push to Salesforce is a path of no return, meaning once a button has been clicked there is no way for going back. We need to ask for your confirmation of a few things:

Please provide the following:

• Your Click & Pledge account Number
• Start Date of transactions
• End date of transactions
• share SF OrgID and grant us access

If you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want to disable them?

Let us know when you wish for us to start pushing the data.
