  • SF Posting Error

    After upgrading to the latest version of C&P in Salesforce (Spring '23) we are getting errors for posting transactions to Salesforce. The problem seems to be around Campaign ID for the opportunities. I have used SKUs to map the Primary Campaign in C&P Settings in both the Campaign section and in Custom Mapping, but the error persists.

    I have granted 1-week access for C&P Support. Please advise.

    May I know where you see and what is that error? Do you have any order numbers so that we can review them? However, we just reviewed and noticed that your instance is at out-of-date versions of our apps. If you allow we will upgrade your instance with the latest version of our apps.

      Yes please upgrade them. However I updated them last week - see the "date modified" field under Installed Packages. I received confirmation emails for both packages that they installed correctly. Is there a new method for installing them other than going through the AppExchange?

      The error is visible within Connect in the Transactions list. In the "Salesforce" column is the message "Error," and of course the transaction never makes it to SF.

        You can update our apps within C&P Settings > About C&P Apps as shown below:

        However, we've upgraded your instance with the latest versions of our apps and posted the error transaction data from CONNECT to your Salesforce instance.
