We don't use record types for Contacts, yet somehow one of the organizations we work with has the C&P record type (C&P Online) activated, and it has been used (not by any users directly AFAIK). I need to de-activate it but there are several objects that are using it (see attached image), which is preventing my de-activating it. Is there documentation on how to de-activate the record type, or can I get some assistance with this? I need to de-activate it so I can remove the record type from the Contacts who have been assigned that record type (the rest do not have any record type assigned and it is causing some problems with reports).
