In Salesforce, I found the C&P Recurring App where I can 'Edit Credit Card Info' of a recurring donor. From there I have the following questions:
- What if the donor's new credit card is the same number and only the expiry date has changed? Would I still need to enter the credit card number again manually?
- What if the CVV code has changed? Does that need to be updated in order for the transaction to process successfully?
