Cant access "previously referenced transactions" from EVT

Hello, we use auctions for salesforce and a C&P embedded virtual terminal. There used to be an option to select from a list of previously referenced transactions (cards on file), from which we could choose cards that had been authorized earlier. I no longer see that option on the EVT. Can you please help me to troubleshoot?
