error message on our custom donation form

We are having some trouble with our custom donation form, which was set up with a visualforce page by a salesforce implementation partner. This is the error message when trying to submit a transaction:

Thank you for granting access. The error message is being caused by the URL not matching on the list of Allowed URLs in Connect.




This URL needs to be added to the Allowed URLs section of API Information in the Settings section of Connect.

Thank you so much! i have added futureswithoutviolence.my.salesforce-sites.com to the list of allowed URLs. I am still wondering/just to confirm, did this happen because there was some url/domain change with salesforce updates?

We are unable to determine for sure but it is possible the URL changed during a Salesforce update.
