I was trying to issue credit for one of my recurring payments, but an error alert popped up. The name of the error is "null---(3501)", as reflected in screenshot attached. Please help! Thanks.

May I ask what is the order number for the transaction you are trying to credit?

Based on the screen you are sharing you are having this issue in Salesforce. Please grant us login access to your instance and let us know the order number so we can review your instance.

Have you tried issuing credit in CONNECT portal?

I am having the same issue, with the same error. In the Connect portal, the error is "There was a problem processing your request." The order number is 36285-2302011842021456006. Access has been granted.

As for your issue - ProPay, the gateway, requires authorization for credits above a set level. In this case you are issuing credit for $1775 and as such it is being flagged by the gateway. I will forward the message to our support team to contact ProPay and notify you.
