We have some custom questions set up on our Connect forms that use SKU values to map. For example, Would you like to receive emails? and the Yes value is associated with an SKU and I use that SKU to map to a checkbox on the opportunity or contact record in custom mapping in C&P Settings.
We sometimes have people give us credit card information over the phone and we use Virtual Terminal to enter those gifts (as is best practice). However, to add custom questions in Virtual Terminal it looks like I can only choose the question name and the answers. There is no option to add an SKU value.
Is that possible with custom questions in Virtual Terminal? I know I can also map by custom question name in custom mapping, but that is not as exact as using an SKU (and we already have the SKUs set up and working for our other donations).
